Yellow melilot – A melliferous and medicinal plant
Yellow melilot (Melilotus officinalis), also known as common melilot, common melilot or Tatar grass, is a biennial plant with exceptional melliferous and medicinal properties. It is common in Poland, where it grows on gravel pits, wastelands, thickets and ruderal habitats, often found near railway embankments. Thanks to its high tolerance for soil conditions, it works well in a variety of locations.

- Honey yield: 400–600 kg/ha
